A great way to experience iRest is through group classes. Working in a group can allow one to benefit from questions and sharing from other class members. Their experiences may resonate with your own or stimulate you to inquire into your own, and perhaps, different experience and sensations.
Group Classes
On going classes are available online and for new students an Introductory 8 week class is available.

Individual iRest Sessions
Individual iRest Meditation sessions provide a safe container for those individuals that may not feel comfortable in a larger setting or who might wish to work on specific elements of their meditation practice
