What a Session Can Do For You

When did you last have one of those perfect afternoon rests — the kind that left you feeling genuinely restored? A moment where the demands of work, family, and the world quietly set aside and you could simply catch your breath.

That quality of rest is closer than you might think.

I regularly hear from clients how surprised they are by the depth of relief a Craniosacral session can bring. We begin with a brief conversation — to understand what you’re looking for, what challenges you’ve been living with, and perhaps an intention to guide our work together. Then we begin.

During a session: A settling that can feel almost immediate — a softening of held tension, a quieting of mental noise, and a depth of relaxation that surprises even those who consider themselves poor at relaxing. For some it comes quickly; for others it deepens gradually over a session or two.

Over a course of sessions: Relief from chronic pain, neck and shoulder tension, and headaches. Improved sleep. Reduced anxiety. A nervous system that spends more time in its natural restorative state — and less time bracing.

What makes this work different is its fundamental orientation. BCST doesn’t impose an agenda on your body. It listens. The practitioner creates conditions of deep safety and stillness, and your system responds by doing what it already knows how to do — heal.

An Invitation

I’m currently offering sessions on a sliding scale of $50–100, with donation-based options available for those experiencing financial hardship. Professional Craniosacral Therapy sessions typically range $160–200 or more. This is a genuine opportunity to experience quality therapeutic bodywork at an accessible price — and to find out firsthand what your system is capable of when given the right conditions.

If you’re curious, I’d welcome a conversation.
